Using software integrated ESC/POS port connection,garbled characters appear when printing, How to solved?

Answer:Due tocharacter code page isn't same ,between software and printer, so printed illegal characters, There are two solutions available

a ,Install printer drivers and use them for printing
b,setting the printer codepage same as software ,(https://www.xprintertech.com/test-tool) ,at this link , download Tool of receipt printer .

choose right codepage same as software and click SetCodePage buton to set ,like below image

3,Receipt Printer can't print PDF or image ?

Answer: yes , if thermal Receipt printer print pdf file or image, the font in the pdf or image , isn't clear ,Because the resolution of thermal printers is only 200~300DPI, it is not enough to print bitmap files. the font will isn't clear , so Convert them to vector graphics or text and then print them
